Overview of Qualifications

At present, I work for as a Project Supt. For Innovative Technical Solution, Inc. (ITSI), A Wholly owned

subsidiary of Gilbane Building Company. The project is located at Westover Air Reserve Base in

Chicopee, Massachusetts. We are repairing and replacing damaged concrete panels, from fourteen

inches thick to eighteen inches thick, total concrete poured to present is 6000 cubic yards and I kept a

running log as to be able to tell where every yard was placed. My duties are to oversee and coordinate

all project related work and I am required to be on site at all times physical work is being performed. I

personally inspect and sign-off on all formwork, ironwork, grade and compaction with an independent

soil tester before any concrete can be placed. I started with ITSI . in April, 2011. Before that I worked

for the Lane Construction Company for twenty-four years . I started with the Lane Co. as a pipe

foreman, than Grade foreman along with being a carpenter foreman. I was promoted to senior

foreman than asst. superintendent and later superintendent and lastly senior superintendent.

EXPERIENCE

Maryland 237 road widen site supt. and safety man in charge of all the field operations from the

excavation to cut and fills to fine grading and overseeing paving operation.

DULLES airport, Dulles VA –site supt. and safety man in charge of demo and repaving taxiway shoulders

and resetting edge lights.

DULLES airport, Dulles VA –site supt. in charge of all excavation and grading and drainage pipe and E&S

work for the fourth runway.

HARFORD-JACKSON airport, Atlanta GA site supt. in charge of grading and the lighting system for the

new fifth runway in Atlanta GA.

W HITE House/ Pennsylvania Ave. rehab project. site supt. and safety man on the rehabbing of

Pennsylvania Ave. in front of white house. Removed old concrete barrier and steel bollards and placed

granite pavers along colored hot mix and installed new guard stations with retractable steel bollard

system.

DULLES airport, Dulles VA –asst. supt. and safety man in charge of demo and replacing concrete panels

on their runway between Friday afternoon and put back in production on Sunday by 1:00 fully cured and

at full strength.

LARGO Greenline. Largo MD –asst. supt. in charge of excavation for the metro line between central ave.

and Redskins stadium and complete back fill and regarding of area.

DULLES airport, Dulles VA –site supt. in charge of building new hold apron and replacing old edge lights

and some taxiway pavement.

NATIONAL airport, Washington DC –site supt. in charge of complete demo of all areas around old tower

and terminals. Installed new jet fuel line on a night shift where we went from one end of the airport to the

other.

GLENMOUNT Metro line, Glenmount MD –site supt. in charge of excavation and general site grading for

the metro structure and their maintenance yard.

NATIONAL airport, Washington DC –site supt. and safety man in charge of demo of old taxiways and

paving them on a night shift.

RICHMOND Floodway project, Richmond VA –excavated and backfilled floodwalls that Lane co. were

inslaling along the james river that flow along the low streets of Richmond.

COLLEGE PARK, Metro Green Line, College Park MD –site supt. in charge of the excavating the metro

line in that area. Twin lakes in the new College Park recreational park in which the barrow went for

backfill. Installed all of the drainage pipe for the entire station.

I-270 Road widen and bridge building project, Gaithersburg, MD –setup f oreman for paving crew. Set

steel forms and installed rebar and mesh and lay-out joints for the cutting crew to cut the concrete.

I-83 road widen and bridge building project, Baltimore MD –Carpenter foreman installing steel forms for

medium and curb barriers. Demo several bridges that cross I-83 interstate.

Route 235 road widen project, Hollywood MD –pipe foreman installing drainage pipe along Rt 235 and

excavate several storm water ponds that are still in service today.
