Launched and implemented a new inbound unloading program. Researched,
analyzed and compared outside companies unloading program. Composed the
initial policies and procedures. Created and coordinated training and
development procedures then administered to all employees and management
involved. Headed initial program start up. RESULTS: After the inaugural
week, a profit of $1500 was made with a forecasted $750,000 for the year.
Developed and launched a management lead program to identify and train
highly potential candidates for management positions. Launched
certification program for management team. Found management program at the
largest state-based university. Proposed initial program and cost with

based on their skill level. Composed an individual training program for
