T A1, & ICD-10 testing with XML conversion tables.
Results: Completed projects up to 1 month ahead of schedule of each quarterly testing
period. Leveraged unutilized testing tools and methods the reduced testing cycle times
f rom days down to minutes, reducing testing data mistakes and increasing t ime for analysis
of testing results and documentation.
o Led H IPAA/5010 X12 certification testing for all Medicare Administrative Contractors
nationwide.
Results: Streamlined testing locus of control from the contractors to a central project
manager for all contractors. Directed proper testing methods and expected results
expectations and documented progress to a central t racking database so that testing t rends
and problem analysis could be better illustrated. Reduced nationwide testing t ime from 10
months down to 2 months.
