Summary of Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver project plans and tools required for local
deployment of corporate initiatives aimed at the continued pursuit
of a best in class sales organization.
Track customer buying trends and calibrate Diebold’s sales
strategies to respond.
Ownership of the development, implementation, and evolution of
Global Sales Strategies through leadership of the Senior Sales
Correlation Council.

Position: Training Manager
Summary of Responsibilities:
Lead team that trains and develops curriculum for associates,
contractors and customers in Election Administration and technical
support. This includes state and county Election Administrators,
election staff, poll workers and technical support staff around the
country.
Develop and build curriculum development department to better
support and provide collateral materials for training; develop CBT
training, and manage corporate library of training materials.
Develop and build team of trainers capable of leading contract labor
driven projects or provide high level election administration training
in any state in the United States.

2004/2006
Position: Senior Project Manager, Ohio
Summary of Responsibilities:
Primary contact to Ohio Secretary of State’s office for
implementation of electronic voting system under HAVA. State
contract valued at over 60 Million dollars.
Led team of associates and contract staff through implementation of
voting equipment in 48/88 Ohio counties. Tasks included the
delivery, acceptance, testing, and programming, conducting and
reporting of election results for Elections in Ohio. Project team
ranged in size from 6 associates to 500+ associates and contract
team members depending upon size and tasks undertaken.
Develop and implement ongoing service business plan to support
new customer base in state of Ohio.
At onset of project during the sales phase, company had no
customers in Ohio and when complete we had successfully
implemented over 75% market share in the state.

Position: Election Support Specialist
Summary of Responsibilities:
Election support staff on key projects around the country in
Alameda County, CA, Ramsey County, MN, various counties in MD
and others.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Lead team of 5 responsible for the processes from contract entry
through realization of recurring revenue from Diebold owned
installed base of retail ATM’s in major retail stores. (SAM’s Clubs,
Wal-mart, Rite Aid, etc.)
Position: Retail Account Coordinator
1997/1999
Summary of Responsibilities
Work with other functional groups at Diebold to define and
implement the processes needed to support a new retail ATM
business model. Position was within the Contract Administration
group and had nationwide responsibilities to support direct sales
reps (RAMs) as well as Distributors (VARs) of Diebold retail
ATMs.
Assist in the coordination of contract placement, installation
coordination, and management of equipment in company master
files, namely CCEF.
ServiceMaster Acceptance Company, Downers Grove, IL
1994/1997
Position: Supervisor, Acceptance Company
Summary of Responsibilities:
Oversee team responsible for entering, managing and
accounting for companies’ portfolio of retail installment sales
contracts for Terminix customers.
Responsible for all customer service support of same contracts.
Balance and close portfolio each month.
Manage relationships with banking partners and 3 party service
providers to ensure customer payments and processed efficiently
and accurately through network of PO Box remit addresses.
