Franchise Training Manager

responsibilities under the VP of Human Resources and Training.

. Oversee and provide structure for new store openings at multiple

levels; end of build out, hiring, training, grand opening and opening.

. Redeveloped training manuals for front of the house and back of the

house, ensuring quality, time and budget management.

. Hire, develop, and oversee new store opening training team members;

eight to ten team members.

. Certify in-store trainers in all departments for 22 store locations.

. Enrolling managers in all 22 store locations for Servsafe alcohol,

Servsafe food, Food Management Professional courses and exams in

accordance with MRA and NRA standards.

. Calculate managerial bonuses.

. Pre-screening interviews with managerial candidates for operating and

soon opening restaurants.

. Working with VP of Operations, VP of Marketing, VP of Human Resources

and Regional Managers in order to maintain the most successful
