Franchise Training Manager

responsibilities under the VP of Human Resources and Training.
. Oversee and provide structure for new store openings at multiple
levels; end of build out, hiring, training, grand opening and opening.
. Redeveloped training manuals for front of the house and back of the
house, ensuring quality, time and budget management.
. Hire, develop, and oversee new store opening training team members;
eight to ten team members.

. Pre-screening interviews with managerial candidates for operating and
