corporations. Additionally, reviewed and analyzed personal & business tax returns, corporate

f inancials, and appraisals. I also coordinated and followed up with borrowers, brokers, builders,

appraisers, Insurance Agents, Real Estate Agents and Title/Escrow companies to meet

established closing dates. Office was closing due to market changes, had to find new job due to

downsizing/lack of work. Signed off on income, assets, ti tle, credit, etc.; however the appraisals

were reviewed/approved/signed off by only management due to high risk loans/all investment

m ultifamily in areas where values were extremely high/overpriced/in disaster areas/flood zones

etc.
