. Partnered with Jack Dorsey, co-founder of Twitter, to develop pilot
for Square; an industry leading technology that allows credit card
payments to be submitted via the user's smart phone.
. Integrated Paymentech, Chase's merchant services arm, with the Retail
Bank to create a more seamless customer experience. Increased
referral volume by 35%.
. Worked with two (2) outside venders, Chase on-line team, and various
other systems to develop a process allowing customers to customize
