Perform visual and dimensional inspections, and testing of medical parts and assemblies used in
the production of IV sets and other medical devices. In a clean room environment, inspect small
injection molded parts utilizing a microscope, dimensional inspections using calipers,
micrometers, gage pins, custom inspection gages and optical measuring devices. Responsible for
keeping accurate and complete inspection records. Perform functional testing of assembled
products. Perform internal in-process and product audits.
2005 – 2007

In an ISO environment processed and maintain electronic and original documentation, such as
quality system procedures and work instructions. Responsible for updating and maintaining
international and domestic standards used in the development of Dentsply products. Reviewed
