Directly responsible for the operation of an organization managing 23

national retail shopping centers totaling approximately 3.5 million square

staff. Setting goals and objectives, organizational planning, budgeting,

and financial planning, negotiating leases and sales of property.

Prior Position - Project Engineer

Directly responsible for the supervision of contractors for the development

and construction of four national retail shopping centers. Also responsible

for the preparation, filing and disbursement of monthly construction draws

against construction loans in excess of 45 million dollars.
