1. Process study for Campus Management ERP software

KEY DELIVERABLES

< Analyze and study the processes and systems at customer sites.

< Carry out the gap analysis and identify the customizations needed in

software

< Work with the subject matter experts at the customer site to discuss,

model and articulate the business needs and processes in the process

study report.

< Provide recommendations for business process changes in academic

Network & Industry Connect (KNIC) is attempted.

< KNIC will have all the necessary facilities to mentor & transform the

students in various domains within the college itself through Smart

Classrooms/ Real time Video conference & eLearning platform.

< The students have the advantage of becoming industry ready while still in

college and do not have to look for Training Institutes/Finishing Schools

outside the college.

< The proposed project makes the investment of technology up gradation at

colleges to enable an intelligent learning environment at the campus.

Objective: To study the consumption pattern of consumables and

utilities

Period: Jun'10-Jul'10

Brief: The consumables selected were Carry bags, Bag

on rolls and Pos rolls. Aim was to identify the

stores which had high consumption of

consumables and utilities. There were recommended benchmark

standards for consumables and utilities consumption so that the

management can use it to compare the performance of

stores.

Title: Global Ayurveda Summit

Period: Mar'10-Apr'10

Brief: Assisted CII employees to run back end

operations at the summit & arrange logistics for

delegates; Involved in providing information to

the summit members regarding schedule of the events & profile of the

speaker.

Organization: Academic Project

Title: Public Systems Project

Period: Nov'09-Dec'09

Brief: Worked with a team of senior students to

identify viable business opportunities for wage

engagement and employment in Kollam for Kudumbashree,

which is an anti poverty 2009 initiative, which helped in

empowerment of woman in rural areas. Also did the study to analyze

the scope for different project like poultry farming, Jasmine

cultivation, Mushroom farming and services.

Recommended and created a business plan for

Kudumbashree on the opportunities available in the services

sector in Technopark.
