Interests and scope of the work

Besides routine surgical procedures (Appendectomy, Herniaectomy - tension and tension free

method, Hemorrhoidectomy, Cholecystectomy), I perform surgery on the billiary ducts

(Choledochotomy with “T”drainage, Choledocho - duodenostomy, “Y” Roux anastomosis,

Transduodenal sphyncteroplasty, Wipple procedure), gastric surgery in ulcer disease (Billroth I

and Billroth II operations) as well as subtotal and total gastrectomy with D-1 and D-2

lymphadenectomy and “Y” Roux anastomosis in malignant cases, colon surgery (right and left

hemicolectomy ) and rectal procedures (anterior and low resections with total mesorectal excision

and paraaortal, paracaval and pelvic lymphadenectomy, either manual or using stapler, as well as

double stapling technique), breast surgery (mastectomy with axillary dissection), thyroid gland

surgery (strumectomy, subtotal thyroidectomy), laparoscopic gallbladder surgery. Currently, I am

particularly focused at laparoscopic and colorectal procedures. A-V fistula to patients who are on

dyalisis. Also I’m educated and perform oesophagogastroduodenoscopy & colonoscopy.

Laparascopic procedure which I perform: lap.cholecystectomy & gynaecological laparasopy with

dye& lap.varicocela.

All surgeries I performed are available on the DVD (Gastrectomy, Billroth I, Billroth II,

Hemicolectomy,”Low resection”/stapled or hand sewn/, Mastectomy, etc.) upon request.
