Manage the planning, organizing and controlling of the Medical/Respiratory

Monitoring Solutions warehouse. Oversee all areas of the receiving,

shipping, inventory, safety, order fulfillment and replenishment with a

staff of 140 employees.

. Manage an 18 Million dollar budget of Medical/ Respiratory items, over

10,000 sku's by motioning receipt of all Inbound Trailers, 140,000 cases

per shift, received from domestic and international vendors and allocated

to in a 625,000 sq ft. facility.

. Responsible for daily decisions of production, labor placement, workforce

headcount requirements; scheduling of work flow, quality management, and

process improvement.

. Assist in establishing operating budgets and direct operations to obtain

cost savings to budgets. Reduced overtime from quarter to quarter by 25%
