BACKGROUND

Mr. Schreiner is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in Project

Management for commercial and aviation construction projects. He has gained this experience over the

past ten (10) years successfully managing over $50 million in capital improvement projects as a Project

Manager for the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority where he oversaw the completion of major and

minor construction projects at the Authority’s Three General Aviation Airports. His responsibilities have

included taking a project from the design phase through construction completion, estimating project costs,

contract negotiations, developing budgets, schedule monitoring, and coordination with owners,

contractors, subcontractors and tenants. His recent experience and accomplishments includes the

following:

Terminal F Expansion, Philadelphia International Airport, (2011-2012)

Mr. Schreiner served as the DOA’s Construction Inspector for Phase I of this $117 million project to

renovate US Airways’ 90,000 SF express terminal at the airport and add 60,000 SF of additional space to

the terminal’s central hub, including new retail and food court areas and operations space for employees.

In this role he is responsible for the highest quality of construction involving all of the architectural

disciplines; he will be reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and documents, monitor FAA

safety requirements relating to construction on around the AOA. Review shop drawings and submittals,

document daily construction activity, attend weekly and daily project meeting, review and comment on

project schedule. His main emphasis will be on safety, quality, and timely completion. His expertise as a

senior civil project manager has been invaluable in so far as overseeing the milling and repaving of over

two miles of existing runways, including associated airport lighting.

Mr. Schreiner’s experience prior to joining JBC Associates included serving as Project Manager for the

Hillsborough County Aviation Authority for the following projects:

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY, TAMPA, FLORIDA (2000-2010)

AND THE THREE ASSOCIATED GENERAL AVIATION AIRPORTS.

Peter-O-Knight Airport:

East Hangar Development Site (2009) As the Construction Project Manager t his $5 million

project consisted of total site improvements including a new T Hangar with pilots lounge. Working

concurrently the contractor overlaid runways and taxi lanes, and installed new edge and runway

lighting, during a night and day operation that was completed in 54 weeks.

Various construction renovations for the P.O.K. airport (2008) As the Construction Project

Manager assigned with over $3 million dollars in improvements

Vandenberg Airport (Tampa Executive):

New 17 Bay T Hangar (2008) – As the Construction Project Manager for this $2.5 million

development

Maintenance and Storage Facility (2006) – As the Construction Project Manager for this $1.5

million project

New Hangar Construction and Renovation (2004) – As the Construction Project Manager $ 2.5

million development

Plant City Airport:

Pavement Rehabilitation (2010) – As the Construction Project Manager for t his $1.5 million

project

New Bulk Storage Hangar (2007) –As the Construction Project Manager this $1.5 million project

Tampa International Airport: (2000-2002)

Mr. Schreiner served as a Senior Construction Inspector for various site projects, including the demolition

and reconstruction of Airside E, budgeted value over $150 million dollars.

Build out of the Blue Side Rental Car Improvements and new Baggage Claim Building at Tampa

International with a capital improvement cost of $13 million dollars.

Build out of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service building at Airside F, of which he received a

formal thank you letter, from the Area INS Port Director.
