Designed and directed the following state of the art completed projects:

Esplanade Grande, West Palm Beach, FL 15 story luxury residential tower on the Intracoastal Waterway with 62 private elevator

condominium units, street level retail, multi function room, structured parking, and landscaped roof top pool deck. A major urban renewal

project designed in the classically inspired Mediterranean style of the downtown district.

Villagio, Estero, FL Mixed use, neo urban, lake front coach home community including 502 residential units and two pools arranged

around a traditional, retail oriented town center with a theater, café, bar, multi function room, fitness club and sales center.

Bella Vista, Bonita Beach, FL Gated cluster of four luxury beachfront, multi story, single family residences with private elevators, pools

and terraces on the Gulf of Mexico.

Paramount Bay, Miami, FL 47 story luxury waterfront, crescent shaped, contemporary mixed use residential tower with a combination of

342 private elevator condominium units and town houses designed around a terraced, landscaped plaza and seawall promenade, with

port cochere, street level retail, restaurants, clubroom, theater, spa, fitness center, structured parking and two resort style pool decks,

yielding the highest selling project per square foot in the South Florida market at the time.

Conceived and orchestrated the design and documentation of the following proposed projects:

Paramount Beach, Sunny Isles, FL 45 story, streamlined, aerodynamically curved, luxury oceanfront residential tower with 232 private

elevator condominium units, structured parking, lagoon style pool deck, fitness center and multi function facility.

Paramount Park, Miami, FL Multifaceted, 50 story luxury, urban mixed use residential/hotel tower with 227 hospitality suites, 325

condominium units, restaurants, street level retail, spa, fitness center, banquet/convention facilities, structured parking, elevated pool deck

and sales center.

Paramount Las Vegas, Las Vegas, NV 21 story luxury hotel/gaming/entertainment complex with 1,613 hospitality units, casino, multi

story retail center, restaurants, nightclub, theater, spa, fitness center, banquet/convention facilities, structured parking and pool deck on

the famed “Strip”.
