QUALITY ENGINEER – Pexco LLC:

• Conducted and designed process solutions through corrective and preventive actions for quality assurance for

plastic extrusion and fabrication processes which was translated on $70,000 savings since beginning of 2012.

• Implemented RomiShape from Romidot Ltd. to be able to scan, check and develop extruded plastic parts

reducing set-up time and improving the quality beyond customer requirements.

• Internal Audit AS9100 / ISO9001 regulation to improve systems, procedures, work instructions and correct

deficiencies to be able to certify the company to attract aerospace businesses planned for the end of 2012, which

in the long term will contribute to increase the business qualitatively and quantitatively.

• Trained supervisors, operators, inspectors and tenders to increment performance and reduce defective extruded

and welded parts using in-process inspection, saving to Pexco $60,000 in rejected material.

• Performed quality continuous improvement collecting data, conducting meetings, coordinating teams and

putting processes in place to target specifications and increasing customers’ satisfaction.

• Built trust relationship with top lighting and custom plastic extrusion clients such as Cooper Lighting, HE

HVAC SYSTEMS DESIGNER & PROJECT ENGINEER– Bellavista Enginyeria, SLP:

• Lead the creation of energy saving projects to establish the company in Solar and Geothermal systems for

residential/non-residential buildings and industrial plants, which contributed to a 15% increase in business.
