B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and will soon complete my M.B.A. I am a

former business owner who has many transferable skills. I have worked

WORK EXPERIENCE

International Plastics August 2008 - Present

Equipment Group, Franklin, Pa.

Applications Engineer for International Sales

Producing sales quotes for handling and treating plastic resin to suit

the customers specific requirments and situation. Draw from our

extensive standard equipment catalog and work with engineering to modify

and design equipment to meet needs. Currently using Salesforce.com and

Bigmachines software to facilitate this. Past positions at IPEG have

included:

Design Engineer for downstream extrusion equipment utilizing SolidWorks.

Technical Supervisor for Manufacturing (assembly, job shop situation)

Responsible for assembly and vendor quality issues, parts shortages and

any technical issues. Worked with product engineering to resolve

issues.

Section operations lead for granulation assembly, had ownership of this

business area from order entry until shipping. I was responsible for

BOM creation, scheduling and vendor delivery issues. Was a liason

between product engineering and the assembly floor. I chaired weekly

production meetings which included the company president. While in this

position I helped facilitate the move of production facilities from

Rockford, Il. to Franklin, Pa. and helped integrate a new product and

company within our organization.
