Parker Hannifin – TCS Hydraulics: Cleveland, Ohio: 2007- 2012
o 2011-2012: Winovation Portfolio Manager for Parker Hannifin’s Hydraulic Group at $2.8 Billion
dollar. Coordinate with each of the 30+ hydraulic divisions to review New To The World / New To
The Market projects to make sure they are launched on time for constant growth over a 6 year term
and maintaining a strong core product. Keeping in mind large $ projects are fully supported by staff
and program managers. Coordinate Winovation meetings between divisions and Corporate

o 2007 – 2011: Operation Leader: A $500 Million dollar system project for 32 alpha applications and
10 customers. Coordinated strategic groups in the divisions to accomplish sales and growth each
year. Lead cross functional teams to coordinate from creating a brand new Value Stream in the
division to IT for PO placing to shipping out products and installing the system at the customer’s
site.

o Program Manager: Research and Design new Total Air Temperature Sensors for the T2 and T25
on the JSF F136; LM6000 Speed Sensor. Design new igniters for the J85 Main and A/B. Provide
technical assistance for high temperature and pressure life testing for igniters.
