One site analysis, risk assessment, expert witness services,

mold remediation and asbestos abatement consultation.

o Perform construction management, project management, and

inspection services for a project valuation range of $20,000 to

$2,000,000.

o Job site walks to assure compliance with safety, building

standards and compliance with plans and specifications.

o Prepare project teams comprised of Architects, Engineers,

Government Agencies, client representative for weekly project

meetings, to review schedule, budget, and trades activities.

. Performed limited-term Project Management Services for Federal GSA,

and UC facility.

o Construction Manager/Support Services for GSA Chicago via CMW &

Associates.

o Projects Manager for Oakland Federal Buildings-responsible for

Federal agency lease space. Oversaw relocation, tenant
