Spaces.
Accomplishments:
• Promoted to Shift Manager in August 1999. Prior to promotion, I worked in the furnace
Building as a Process Technician.
• I have completed Supervisor Training 1& 2, Confined Space Entry Supervisor, Fall
Protection PPE, Incident Commander, HAZCOM, RCRA, EMS Level 1&2, and Rigging
Level 1.

Duties included:
• Operated 100 and 190 ton Haul Packs during this time, I would haul different grades of ore to
designated stockpiles.
• Dozer D-8, D-9, D10, ensured that all stockpiles and dumps were kept dressed up and pushed
off for continued dumping.
Clean-up support for Electric and Hydraulic shovels.
Cleared blast patterns for Blast Hole Drillers.
• 16-G, 14G Grader Patrol ensured that roadways and dump stations were kept up for smooth
travel for dump trucks, kept benches and ramps clear of spill over and debris.
• 992 Front End Loader clean up support for shovels, as well clean- up along roadways and
ramps.
Loaded trucks with ore from stockpiles to crusher.
• Blast Hole Driller ensured blast patterns were completed for daily blasts, as well taking
samples of material being drilled for the lab.
Accomplishments:
• Part of a team first to establish the Trolley Assist Project, which was necessary for power of
the electric haul units.
Constructing special roadways, as well as being assigned special projects.
