• Managed Indoctrination training for 58 prospective Commanding Officers assigned to Atlantic Fleet, giving them the necessary
knowledge and tools to successfully Command United States Navy Warships
• Assessed and instructed multiple Ships’ Training Officers on proper strategies and procedures to acquire the necessary enlisted
personnel to allow each ship to perform all assigned tasks, resulting in 100% mission capability among deployed ships
• Served as a Project Management Consultant to 3 Project Managers simultaneously, teaching them critical Project Management and
business analysis skills, enabling them to complete a total of 7 projects under budget and time allowances
Strategy & Operations Liaison Officer February 2011 - June 2011
• Represented US Navy Destroyer 57 on Destroyer Squadron 22 staff, managing all daily matters affecting budgets, scheduling,
operational requirements, mission tasking, personnel, and training in preparation for 2011 deployment. As well as managing 12
Engineering and Electronics Maintenance Projects. Personally reached 5,000 hours of project management experience
• Drafted and distributed 229 pages of warfare strategy doctrine, regarding three distinct warfare responsibilities, to all combatants
comprising USS George HW Bush Carrier Strike group, including foreign Navy Ships for the entirety of 2011 deployment in
support of Operation Enduring Freedom
• Planned all projects for all sea combat operations involving USS George H W Bush Carrier Strike Group during the 2011
deployment. Personally created and directed 11 Joint wartime defense missions, and 3 show of force exercises; involving 4 foreign
Navies including Great Britain, France, Spain, and Egypt
Project Manager August 2009 - February 2011
• Managed operation and maintenance of ship’s Navigation; Internal communications; and Radar, Radio, and ‘Command and Control’
systems enabling functionality of weapons and external communications; providing 100% wartime readiness capability
• Accountable for all work assigned to Electronics project team; managed all equipment and materials, and associated documentation
and repairs; training, facilities, and budgets. Managed all administrative work for division, resulting in successful completion of
100% of assigned projects
• Managed 5-month long Aviation Certification Project, involving electrical rebuilds of Ship’s navigation equipment, Radar
components, and aircraft control equipment, as well as re-programing software and operating systems for 19 human-machine
interfaces. Project budget totaled several million dollars. Project was completed on time, despite having a maximum of only 27% of
total team available at any point throughout
• Proposed and managed Electronic Repair Project, resulting in repair of $7M worth of circuit cards, otherwise requiring replacement
• Directly led and mentored 18 Sailors within Electronics Project team resulting in highest Sailor promotion rate of all teams onboard
• Managed 18-month long Counter-Piracy start-up Project, enabling ship to conduct counter-piracy missions. Managed all supply-
chain functions, legal compliance, risk assessment and management, as well as start-up budgets. Recruited, trained, and led 14 Sailor
team to perform Counter-Piracy, Counter-Terrorism, Counter-Trafficking, and Direct-Combat operations
• Managed 17 Electronics Equipment “cannibalization” projects, involving procuring and installing critical Electronics equipment
from other sources, as well as uninstalling and distributing our electronics equipment to other ships that held priority. The
coordinated effort let to 4 US Navy Destroyers having full capability to perform and mission required
