. Drove organizational initiatives and change through strong business

partnership with the leadership of regional and global operational

groups in a matrix organization of 1700+ employee base. Client groups

included Subsea Sr. Managers, Projects, Manufacturing Operations,

- Subsea employee base of 100+ Expatriates/Inpatriates; recommended

mobility initiatives.

. Managed all immigration matters and processes for all Houston - Subsea

System employee base; partnered with immigration attorney and managers

to accomplish business goals and objectives and implement program

changes as needed. Directly supervise one HR Advisor in support of

immigration services for International Logistics group.

. Project/Process Owner for Subsea Manager On-boarding program: improved

program by redesigning the training materials and included a classroom
