experience Experience in conventional machining including

Manufacturing of pump shafts, flanges, impellers,
pump housing, bushing, gears and tooling.
Operated several lathes and mills and can use a
horizontal boring mill and vertical turret lathe

Welding
Responsible for Tig welding of stainless steel
product piping as well as 1500 gallon mixing bowl.
Also responsible for welding together a 10 feet by
10 feet by 10 feet fire box, I assembled a dust
collector.
Welding of frames to mount motor/pump assemblies,
using an oxy/acetylene torch to cut out patterns
from 1/8"to 1/2" plate. To Mig weld stands,
fixtures, tanks and platforms. I have been welding
for 30 years I was certified in Texas.
Mechanical
Experience in changing out gearboxes (from 50lbs to
15,000lbs). motors (1/4 hp to 500 hp), pumps (
impeller, rotary and diagram), cylinders ( both
hydraulic and pneumatic), Drive systems ( chain,
belt and hydraulic),
Successfully repaired and performed maintenance on
4 cooling towers, 2 low pressure and 1 high
pressure boiler.
Installed several feet of steam line and hundreds
of feet of gas line.
Repaired multiple conveyor systems from welding
frame welding work to replacing a belt
Gunsmith
Experience in Reloading ammunition, I have also
been responsible in lubricating and sizing bullets,
Assembling guns, chambering barrels, I also run
lathes & mills. Able to diagnosis & locates
deficiencies/malfunctions; dissembles/assembles &
other components & examine for defects.
Heavy Equipment
I have 30 years experience in running Backhoe,
Loader, Excavator and forklift most of all other
equipment. I also have experience in the repair on
them too.
