Assay Lead for Protein Concentration, Conductivity, Osmolality, and SDS Page. Lead responsibilities include: standard testing,
assay trouble shooting, data reviewing, report writing, and creating qualification protocol.
Create and implement a system to improve stability and development data trending. Work with other companies to establish
testing conditions and assay information.
Prepare controlled documentation in support of sample analysis and reporting of results. Create, revise, and update standard
operating procedures and methods used throughout the lab.
Design, initiate, and complete equipment logs and monthly equipment report cards for QC management to publish.
Accountable for maintaining appropriate documentation (records and lab notebooks) as required by SOPs that comply with all
cGLP/cGMP regulations.
Organize and streamline the maintenance process between Vendors, QC, Facilities, Metrology, Validations and QA, to provide a
seamless flow of equipment between groups. Responsibilities include documentation of new equipment, maintenance of current
equipment, and exchange of obsolete devices for new replacements
