GC Green - San Diego, Ca 2009 to Present

President and Founder

Key Results:

Achieved certification as a Service Disabled, Woman, Native American Owned

Business by the California Department of General Services, Supplier

Clearinghouse, and by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. GC

Green, is a renewable energy and energy efficiency general contractor and

consulting firm that provides training in sustainability, environment and

clean energy.

Through planning and diligence GC Green was awarded contract from

Conservation Services Group to install energy efficiency devices on hotel

PTAC units in the amount of $15,000 in 2010.

In addition, GC Green was awarded contract for 240kW solar installation for

Contra Costa County through Main Street Power and MW Solar in the amount of

$540,000 in 2011.

As part of our recognition of training and employing local labor/Veterans,

GC Green was contracted to provide outreach and training by Conservation

Services Group and Ecology Action for statewide BPI Building Analyst

certification to support the Energy Upgrade California program. From Eureka

to San Diego, GC Green's efforts contributed significantly to the program's

success in the direct training in over 900 individuals across 30 counties

resulting in an over 50% increase in the number of certified BPI Building

Analyst in California.

Awarded contract for Energy Efficiency HVAC SDGE & Conservation Services

group program to conduct HVAC sales and operation training & provide QA/QC

inspections of work performed in the amount of $6,000 in 2011.

GC Green won the contract as the lead General Contractor to the Pangea

Green Source Center 2010-2012. The "Green Source Center", which is the

working name for an interdisciplinary and interlinked themed center of

sustainability. The center will have components devoted to innovation,

awareness, and profit generation. GC Green was also involved in the green

build education component for the center.

In 2012, GC Green was awarded two contracts with San Diego State

University, Kauffman FastTrac for Veterans and two Native American tribes

in California. The classes are to promote education, inspire, promote

stewardship and entrepreneurs in clean energy, sustainability, water

conservation and environment.

In August 2012, GC Green and Swinerton Renewable Energy teamed on a 20 Mega-

Watt Solar Project.

a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Orchestrated, marketing and sales events for Ferguson and developed a

business plan which resulted in $223,000 increase in revenues. This was an

increase of 17% in contrast to the effects of the local economy.

Led in the development for Ferguson's first showroom in a XpressNet

plumbing store. This attracted new retail customer to Ferguson which

brought gross profit margins up more than 33% during the 2007 1st and 2nd

quarter.

Trained associates on organization, time management, negotiation and

communication skills that directly resulted in development of strong loyal

customer and vendor relationships currently enjoyed by this branch.

US Navy/HS-10 - San diego, Ca 2003 to 2005

Served as the leading 2nd Class Petty Officer on a selected Equal

Opportunity panel reporting directly to the Chief of Naval Operations,

Admiral Natham. Worked with a team of advisors that indentified ways to

reduce the pregnancy rate for young Navy women.

Orchestrated logistics support for a deploying squadron that included

duties such as balancing a budget of over $1,850,000 each fiscal year and

forecasting material and aircraft needs within a cost efficient budget.

outside vendors.

Expedited high priority material, customized logistic reports and trained

over 55 personnel in supply procedures, which increased the command's

400 personnel and 19 aircraft at the deploying squadron. During a three

hazardous material.

Developed new procedures to make supply chain processes more efficient
