I started as a trainer for officers of the Egyptian Air Force on TQM (in US and Egypt). In 2004 I was assigned
responsibility for establishing and implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) for the Navy Metrology
R&D Program. I developed overall QMS and wrote the SOPs and work instructions, where none had existed
before. I developed and presented training courses on the QMS, EVMS and FMEA for the R&D Project
Engineers. Reason for leaving: The contract was transferred to ATS.
