1. Construction Management (28 years)

Larry has been a project engineer for Westinghouse Electric for 28

years during which many of the projects were in utility power plant

modifications. Recently he renovated the entire 44 building campus at

Westminster College including its underground utility systems,

electric, water, sewer, gas, telephone, data communications and T4

internet services.

He has served as an estimator for 8 years with Westinghouse and has 4

years as Chief Estimator of the Steel Mill Projects group. And then

at Westminster College he served as their only project estimator for 6

years while doing project management.

Larry has had primary budget control for the last 6 years on 44

projects totaling over $26M at Westminster College. That is in

addition to with his $2B plus in projects management at Westinghouse.

campaign. Then he was the Quality Inspector for his projects during

the 6 years at Westminster College.

others failed to meet before Larry was assigned. He is known as the

closer on budget problems.

there are no negatives for the helpfulness of this man.

The communication is there and it is positive. The written skills

overshadow the speaking skills. But, Larry has served as toast master

at over 14 retirement dinners and been MC for employee Christmas

parties, dinners and picnics.
