where I was involved in the development of a number of embroidery samples

Fashion World, Channel F, U&Me, Just Selection etc according to the

costing and direction given by the respective company, were I gained

valuable exposure of the fashion industry.

A collection of 8 garments was developed according to the mood and color

story specified by the buyer.

Projects Undertaken

. Designing Suitable Garment for Paralytic (Monoplegic-Upper Limb) Female

Patients - Research done on paralytic female patients regarding their

clothing problem faced during the taking off the clothes. After

completion of secondary data collection and primary analysis 6 prototype

garments has been designed for monoplegic female patients. And after that

test- fit has been done on female patients to check their comfort level.

. Protective Rainwear for Bikers - Rain Drain - This innovation in rain

wears is basically for the bikers, for giving them a complete protection

against rain. This raincoat will completely cover the biker's body as

well as luggage.

. Research on impact of local train service of DMRC on daily commuting of

people of Delhi.

. Changing face of Madhubani painting - Designing a garment inspired by WOW

(World of Wearable Art) is where the line of fashion and art blur and

merge as one. There is a garment designed under the theme "Changing Face

of Madhubani Painting". The garments itself portray the changes

incorporate in the ancient and modern Madhubani painting.

. Academic contribution - Revenue generation possibility in garment export

manufacturing house.

. Designing two garments under the theme "Circle" which define as "Circle

in Waste Material". Project start with mind mapping, visual collection,

mood board, story building, image board, material exploration, color

board and conceptual sketches has to be done to get the garment prototype

which is made of disposable glasses.
