• Assisted Project Managers throughout the entire projects, exposing me with the following duties:
o Writing subcontracts, material purchase orders, change orders.
o Writing the Scope of Work on owner proposals.
o Review drawings, specifications, to ensure we receive appropriate pricing from
subcontractors and vendors
o Schedule and attend onsite meetings with subcontractors and project managers.
• After showing improvement I was given the opportunity to be a Project Manager, in which I
managed over ten projects during my time with the company. This position entailed the following
responsibilities:
o Monitored / tracked all costs associated with the projects.
o Coded field personnel timesheets, material invoices and subcontracts.
o Scheduled all material deliveries and subcontractors' project timelines.
o Report the project financial and schedule status on a regular basis
o Prepared /reviewed/approved submittals.
o Communicated with engineers, architects, & superintendents to ensure a
successful project.
