Supported the transition from in-house warehousing to regional distribution center. Supervised Shipping and

WMS system which included maintenance of system and daily audits of production, inventories, receipts and shuttles.

Accomplishments:

In 6 weeks, implemented WMS bar-coding inventory system for 2 production lines

In 3 months, developed system for raw material ordering and forecasting (Excel and Access). System provides

live receiving schedule for all raw materials and live PLC storage levels from bulk materials.

In 2 months, provided system for material usage and inventory tracking (Excel and Acces). The system identified

deficiencies in inventory methods and revealed overestimated costs of $200K incurred over 5 months.

entry system and Crystal Report Writer reporting system. Led preventive maintenance system and worked with
