. Responsible for overseeing 180,000 sq. foot addition/remodel of

the store; areas included were the bakery, pharmacy, grocery,

Starbucks and all major departments on or around the

"racetrack."

. Experience with electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, drywall,

flooring and most areas of construction.

. Responsible for maintaining all store equipment, including

cherry pickers, forklifts and Smart Carts.

. Maintain familiarity with basic computer functions. Can operate

Microsoft Outlook and the Internet. Have experience with

Microsoft Word and Excel.

. Responsible for maintaining relationships with contracted

service providers such as snow removal and cleaning crews.

. Create, validate and close work orders relating to in-house

maintenance and vendor contracted services.

. Required to work within a specified budget. Familiar with

prioritizing department needs and expenses to remain within the

fiscal budget.

. Build all electronic, seasonal and furniture displays. Upon

completion of the builds, am responsible for securing these

displays to prevent theft and customer injury.

. Complete a daily walk-through of the facility to ensure

housekeeping is satisfactory and complete. Any substandard

areas are immediately brought to the head of housekeeping for

inspection and correction.
