Job Duties/Responsibilities
Create and maintain efficient office procedures in order to ensure that orders were filled and
deadlines met.

Other responsibilities included answering phones, going to post office, ordering supplies for both
the factory and office, preparing freight quotes for clients, preparing shipping manifest,
scheduling shipping, mapping delivery routes for drivers, Was also responsible for 100% of
business and personal correspondence for the owner and his two businesses.
