managed included paper products, printed materials, office supplies and

office equipment. Researched products and qualified vendors, conducted

spend analysis, bid analysis and negotiated pricing. Developed RFPs, and

National Contracts for all commodities. Strategic sourcing projects

managed included several facility projects, outsourcing, paper products,

headsets, meetings and events, etc. Implemented supplier diversity program

for corporation.

Results: Implemented Ariba system. Collaborated amongst business units

within Morgan Stanley/Discover Card to consolidate and leverage spend of

various commodities resulting in cost savings of multi-million dollars.

Managed a global office supply program of annual spend of $13 million

dollars. Eliminated potential price increases. Established corporate

purchasing programs for the National Purchasing catalog and website.
