• General Office Management and Administration.
• Facility & Vendor Management
• Car Rentals Management
• Attend to all queries regarding Admin facilities and provide solutions
• Handling hotel and travel bookings of the Staff.
• Handling Maintenance Queries.
• Ensure Issuance of identity Cards to all contract staff (as required)
• Take into accounts attendance, new joinees or holidays etc. and order supplies accordingly
• Prepare Payment Request Memo for Vendors and follow up for the same

• Keep regular check on inventory & Stationary levels.
