Position: Sales executive for Bmw's biggest dealership worldwide. I

was hired as BMW'S First ever western female sales executive in an all male arabic

sales team. This position allowed me to manage sales both local and international

using my extensive customer service skills to maintain relationships with a high

volume of VIP clientele.

I gained further experience in sales, marketing customer relations and services and

satisfaction in this position.

March 2011- April 2012 Etihad airways UAE

Position: Fight attendant on airbus 330-340 and boeing 777, 6 weeks

extensive training on all aspects of safety, first aid and customer service. This

position gave me the opportunity to work with more than 100 nationalities and

experience many different cultures.

Trained in top level customer service I gained experience in dealing with every

situation possible regarding customer satisfaction including medical cases. Along

with in depth knowledge of company products skills required for this position were, customer

relations, on time performance, communication skills and safety competence .
