Recent Achievements/Milestones
o Coordinated the planning, execution, monitoring and control, and
close out of $130M of operational activities. Peak of activity
involved 2500 personnel, and 400 vessels.
o Directly managed the Louisiana Planning Organization that consisted
personnel located at 4 sites over 300 miles.
o Streamlined the State Planning organization through consolidation
of activities, deliverables, and the elimination of redundancy.

Weather Plan. The plan covered the safe and efficient relocation

Selected for multiple fast-track promotions for recognition of
performance that exceeded expectations. Promoted to State Planning
and Performance Lead in the most operationally, and politically

to regulatory guidelines, provide increased understanding and
clarity around operational financial planning and outlook, initiate

Orleans, LA (July 2012 - Present) - Ensure MOC documents are
