surveyors for all construction projects from permits to punchlists,

warranties and obtaining Certificates of Occupancies.

L.A. Fitness Facility Fa ade Renovation of approximately 20k sq/ft, which

comprised of major structural steel and EIFS work.

Hudson Baylor Design-Build Recycling Facility located in Beacon NY.

Approximately 8 acres of ground up construction with major site work and

new utilities, major structural steel trusses and columns with pre-cast

walls, concrete slabs and foundation work.

2007 - 2010 MEP Project Manager / Project Manager

Position required me to coordinate, pre-purchase and schedule all the

mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and other trades for

datacenter build-outs and general construction fit outs. Managed all

aspects of construction project: Reviewing all design progress daily,

creating project work schedule that includes all lead times for equipment

to be delivered and installed, as well as warranty and service contract

requirements for all equipment

Morgan Stanley Data Center 60,000 SF build out of 36 CRAC units, 12 UPS's,

6 PDU's and 40,000 of raised floor working 2 shifts 6 days a week that was

completed 2 weeks prior to completion.

2003 - 2007 MEP Project Manager / Project Manager

Construction management / design build firm with clients domestically and

internationally. Managed all aspects of construction project: Reviewing all

design progress daily, creating project work schedule that includes all

lead times for equipment to be delivered and installed, as well as warranty

and service contract requirements for all equipment. Reviewing all project

bids with estimating team and awarding all contracts, ensuring that all

company safety standards were met and all permits are properly obtained and

managed. Holding weekly meetings with all parties involved including

project Owner and Subcontractors directing that action items were promptly
