Hudson Baylor Design-Build Recycling Facility located in Beacon NY.
Approximately 8 acres of ground up construction with major site work and

Position required me to coordinate, pre-purchase and schedule all the
mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and other trades for
datacenter build-outs and general construction fit outs. Managed all
aspects of construction project: Reviewing all design progress daily,
creating project work schedule that includes all lead times for equipment
to be delivered and installed, as well as warranty and service contract
requirements for all equipment
Morgan Stanley Data Center 60,000 SF build out of 36 CRAC units, 12 UPS's,
6 PDU's and 40,000 of raised floor working 2 shifts 6 days a week that was
completed 2 weeks prior to completion.
