Accounts Payable

. On a daily basis matched invoices with purchase orders, packing slips

& any other shipping documents received.

. Verified expense reports for accuracy & authorized signatures weekly.

. Resolved any discrepancies before entering invoices into the accounts

payable system.

. Entering & balancing batches in accounts payable daily. After entered

& balance verified posted the batch.

. Once a week a check run of all invoices (100-200) due for payment.

After check run, post & print check register and other required

journals.

. Match each check with balance due on invoice to verify total & attach

a stub to invoice for filing.

. Checks signed/stamped & verified by authorized personnel & then

stuffed in envelopes for mailing.

. Entering all invoices for current month prior to month end & posting

in a timely manner.

Accounts Receivable

. Totaled checks for the daily deposits.

. Processed checks with scanner & verified online totals with my totals.

Matched payment with correct invoice being paid & posted to that

account.

. Ran balances on accounts due & then called on all past due accounts.
