• Inspects drawings, design and specifications for boilers and other vessels, Inspects materials used, safety devices, regulators, construction quality, brace and rivet tension, welding, piping, corrosion, cracking, safety valve operation and other quality testing for liquid and gas vessels (both mild steel and stainless steel)

• Welding inspection.

• Fabrication and construction of piping and structural.

• Studying drawing of piping and structure, preparation of work schedule to complete the project.

• Able to carry out producer qualification & performance qualification test for welding work.

• Conversant with various welding process such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW and SAW.

• Conversant with Carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and duplex stainless steel.

• Knowledge of destructive and non destructive testing.

• Preparation of documents required for inspection according to the applicable codes and standards.

• Co-ordination with inspection agencies and client.

• Monitoring welding processes with pre and post –weld heat treatment process if any requirement as per code and drawings.
