Implemented the transition from the existing boiler feed water treatment program to polymer program, reducing
continuous blowdown by 33% for a $300,000 annual savings.
Created a test plan to test the silica and conductivity levels in water and trained operators on conducting the test,
including writing a PCR, modifying SJPs, SOCs and log sheet to ensure the transition is safe.
Identified potential pressure transmitter locations to provide baseline and trouble-shoot vacuum problems.
