Job Description :

• Implement safety and environmental company standard to all work forces during

maintenance activities.

• Manage Plan/Schedule maintenance include preventive maintenance; plan

component replacement; condition Monitoring/Machine Health and Machine

Refurbishment/overhaul;

• Implement maintenance key performance indicator to evaluate and improve haul

truck performance to achieve goal

• Manage haul truck fleet population to meet with mine plan requirement and target

• Manage haul truck’s supply chain management and inventory control for

maintenance activities include controlling on site or off site repair and return

components to avoid un plan down equipment related with parts shortage.

• Control MARC contract held by Indonesian Caterpillar Dealer

• Controlling and coordinate partnership with Indonesian CAT and Komatsu Dealers

and Cummins Asia Pacific for their services in technical, labor and material supply

• Monthly and Weekly report direct to Department Manager
