charts, safety net analysis, lead time updates and analysis for all programs

Goodrich Corp: Responsibilities included Master Scheduling all optical programs from
sales order entry through final product shipment. Conducted bi-weekly production meetings
to review all progress across all programs. Capacity loading and leveling the entire Optic
dept. including manpower requirements, testing chamber capabilities and all computer
controlled grinding and polishing areas. Created monthly reports to management for
reviewing all optical departments’ internal and external “on-time” delivery requirement and
capacity capabilities. Ensured all customer ship dates and requirements are met.
Implemented protocols to trim lead times and solve overcapacity problems before they
existed. Assigned as a team consultant for the new MRP system.
Barnes Engineering: Responsibilities included managing all daily activities associated with
Production Planning, Material Control, Shipping department personnel. Ensured all
customer requirements were met through overseeing all activities with the MRP system.
Worked closely with the Plant Manager to determine manpower and loading requirements
for the entire company. Created a “Lineflow” tracking system to schedule, track, and report
on all programs from sales order entry through customer ship requirements. Analyzed and
reported on all material discrepancies for all Sensor and Optic programs.

Senior Program Planner
Responsibilities included coordinating the flow of work through production, assigning all
production completion and shipping dates for multi-million dollar production programs in
the radar / electronics field, expediting material from vendors and reporting on program
status to upper management. I was instrumental in the implementation of the new MRP II
software and am highly proficient in all aspects of MRP, inventory, order entry and master
production scheduling. Concentrated on the customer order entry module, initiating the set
up of all master production schedules for ongoing and future production contractual
commitments.
