CAREER SUMMARY:
I have 33 years of general construction, safety, and management experience
(21 years retail/commercial, and 12 years residential). Working closely
with the project teams, we attained a proven track record of satisfied
clients throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Early in my construction career I have always been the responsible person
leading the crews in the construction of single family homes, condominiums,
townhouses, commercial establishments, and retail stores. Regardless of
whether it was a small 1,200 square foot ranch home, or a 100,000 square
foot commercial location we came together as a team, and made it happen.
I have been involved in ground up construction, mall retrofits, and open
store remodels. I have supervised the renovation and new construction of
products for the U.S. Government, the U.S. Military, hotels, motels,
restaurants, hospitals, and much more.
My interest in safety and educating the crews on how a safe environment and
a strong safety culture can truly make a difference is of the utmost
importance. I refer to it as "Navigating towards Safety "

2002-2010 I was an independent Project Supervisor and Safety
Coordinator.
2010-2012 Haz-Tek Inc. of Medford, NJ. During my employment with Haz-
Tek, I worked as the Safety Officer at Sanofi Pasteur
Pharmaceutical from 04/10 through 09/11. From 09/11 through
03/12, I worked at the Proctor & Gamble plant in Mehoopany, PA,
Novartis Pharmaceutical in East Hanover, NJ, and at the DSM
Nutritional Plant in Belvidere, NJ.
As of 03/12, I am employed by Turtle Associates LLC of Cherry
Hill, NJ as a Safety Officer at the Tobyhanna Army Depot,
Scranton Access Point project. I am also the Director of Health
and Safety for Turtle Associates traveling to various job sites
to ensure that the personnel are conducting weekly safety
meetings and are in compliance with OSHA safety standards and
practices in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR, 1910 (general
industry) and 1926 (general health and safety construction).
I have revised the company's safety injury, illness prevention
program and have authored the Accident Prevention Plan for the
project, the Demolition Plan, and the Traffic Control Plan.
SKILLS:
I have strong communication skills; I am computer literate, and I am bi-
lingual, Spanish.
CERTIFICATIONS:
OSHA 501 certified in construction, general industry, health and safety.
First Aid, CPR/AED for the professional rescuer, first responder.
I am certified with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Facility
training.
I am CQA, P-6 trained by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
