Professional Profile
Motivated, highly organized operations professional with 13+ years of
successful leadership experience. For the last 12 years, I have grown
with a management team successfully managing the EWP manufacturing
operations of 2 LVL continuous presses, an I-joist production line and 2
finish/packaging lines. Among other items, I have built long term supply
relationships with vendors and interacted with customers on a regular
basis while developing systems for process and inventory control. An apt
to learn things quickly and think outside of the box as well as a great
attention to detail have and will continue to allow me to grow
professionally. I have had an opportunity to wear many hats influencing
the safety and employee culture while providing leadership to supervisors
and employees from every level of the organization.
