-Responsible for ramp-up of stainless steel finishing department, including slitting lines, cut-to-length lines,
and coil polishing line. Responsible for publishing initial standard operating procedures, 6s standards, etc. with
adherence to ISO9001. Guided the department through the hiring and training of over 100 new employees.
-Liaison to equipment manufacturers and a full complement of vendors. Created project scopes and managed
spending of $5M per month.
-Performed root cause analysis and implemented solutions in the areas of quality and process control.

implementation of work plan to maintain a high level of quality and a strenuous schedule while working safely
at a high risk facility.
