Job Responsibilities:
General Admin related work and in achieving targets set for the individual hospitals, first line of support through the entire, handling the grievance of the employees.
Counseling to patient about their diagnosis & treatment resolves the customer queries & escalates to customer care in charge.
Efficiently manage of stores, day to day financial accounting.
Planning of purchase, ordering, maintenance of stationary, printing, linen uniform drugs and surgical item with procurement team etc.
Taking care of in house recruitment process.
Training and retraining for employees.
