08/05 – 05/06: Pronghorn Antelope Conservation Program
I assisted in the conservation and management of the North American Pronghorn
Antelope (Antilocapra americana) for approximately eight months under the direction of
David Brown (Arizona State University, Associate Professor), the Arizona Department of
Game and Fish, and the Arizona Antelope Foundation. I was project manager for a team
consisting of two other researchers. During the project, I conducted a study on
population variances and viability of pronghorn antelope. I was one of three that wrote
an Arizona population study that was published in the Pronghorn Symposium 2006.
