I am currently General Manager of the Paris Kentucky manufacturing

facility. This facility is approximately 280,000 sq ft and employs

approximately 400 people.

In this position I have total production responsibilities of the Paris

facility.

. Reduced OSHA recordables by 75% in first year.

. Successfully executed new product/production line. (BBQ Grills)

. Maintained 98% FTT quality.

Successfully managed the closure of the Frankfort operations while starting

up and stabilizing the new Bendix Spicer facility in Bowling Green, KY.

Responsible for Bowling Green manufacturing facility (300,000 sq. ft.), a

non-union site with 150 to 260 employees.

. Responsibilities included: Safety, Quality, Human Resources, Finance,

Engineering, Materials, Production, IT, Shipping, Receiving, etc.

. Managed the start-up of 300,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility including

facility set-up, equipment installation, creating management structure,

hiring management team, production on-time start up.

. Facilitated ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications in first 12 months.

. Successfully led LEAN / TPS / KPS execution.

. Successfully implemented SAP systems which increased performance and

communication.

. Improved safety performance from the poorest of 220 Textron plants to top

15 best plants (FY 2003 - 2 recordables - 0 lost-time days). See awards.

. Obtained ISO approval inside of 18 months (approved 9 / 2003).

. This plant led all Greenlee facilities in scrap and rework reduction (FY

2002 & 2003).

. Participated as a member of the president's advisory committee (Barclay

Olsen 2002).

. Led plant from double-digit negative financial results to 18+ NOP in 18

months.

. Improved service level from 85% in 2001 to 98% in 2003 (one-piece flow).

Managed a 225,000 sq. ft. non-union manufacturing facility that employed

approx. 145 employees. Reported to general manager or owner. Work

performed at this facility included laser cutting, robotic welding, manual

welding, fabrication, press brakes, machining, cutting, powder coating,

stamping, assembly, packaging and shipping.

. Responsibilities included budgets, facility engineering, research and

development, industrial engineering, human resources, production

planning, safety, quality, etc.

. Created safety team and management program which resulted in 50%

reduction in accidents and lost time days.

. Successfully moved all operations from Louisville, KY to Jeffersonville,

IN.

. Managed successful start-up of new operations.
