Responsible for attending via virtual WebEx/telecom communications and helping manage

sixteen (16) international Boeing global supply chain partners.

Responsible for documenting, reviewing, and follow-up of both the Boeing team and

international partner’s action items during each weekly meeting.

Development, maintenance, generation and publication of weekly progress report metrics

for reporting to Boeing Sr. Management.

Monitor the health of the qualification activities in regard to goals, risks, quality, schedule,

and customer progress, looking for exceptions and taking corrective action when

necessary.

THALES Avionics, Inc., Irvine, CA, 2005 - 2009

Boeing On-Site Project Manager – Responsible for managing the Thales Avionics Boeing on-site facility:

Managed the bonded stores area and initial spares provisioning.

Managed the logistics of all Thales units shipped to and from Boeing including the bonded stores area.

Responsible for resource management of all Thales IFE system and support personnel at the Boeing

Everett facility including planning, lab setup, testing and first article activities.

Managed all Thales support for IFE aircraft installations through the use of detailed Project Plans in

MS Project to ensure adequate resource allocation for all tasks involved in aircraft testing and

certification..

Successfully supported and delivered forty-five (45) Boeing B767/777 airplanes to customers

according to Boeing schedules representing a 100% on-time and on-schedule success rate.

Coordinated with Boeing line-fit focal for IFE logistics planning and support including aircraft

availability.

Helped lead and guide an existing program team in developing a new generation predictive weather

Airbus A319, 320, & 321 aircraft.

Senior Program Director, Inflight Group (Irvine, CA) (1997-1998) – provided global support for several

different In-Flight Entertainment Systems.

Director, Boeing Programs, (Seattle, WA) (1996-1997) - Single person interface between BEA and Boeing

for a major in-line installation of an in-flight entertainment system for a large Asian airline.

Director, Technical Services - Directed and managed a worldwide technical support organization of 40

people responsible for 24 hour, 7 day a week, 365 days a year telephone service support.

manage the United Airlines and British Airways B777 and B747 retrofit programs.
