Quality Liasion (2/2012 - Present)

Interacting with the Plant Manager on how to make improvement on the

parts that they made. Giving details about the problems and defects that

I found and how to make them go away. Made sure employees had all the

daily tools that was needed for their job. Made sure they were in-

compliance with safety rules and wearing their PPE at all times. Made

sure the Robotic Cell and the Anodize was up and running at all times.

Notified maintenance of any problems that was going on with the machines.

Took pictures of any defects and issues that I found and emailed them to

my boss. Took inventory of all the incoming and outgoing raw and finished

good products.

Claims Adjuster (3/2011 - 8/2011)

Spherion Staffing, Montgomery, AL

Received incoming tanks from vendors, consumers and commercial

contractor. Tested tanks to find out what caused them to default by

leaks, fire damage or explosions. Dismantled the tanks and tested the

element, thermostat and the gas valves to find the route cause. Attaching

these parts to our test tank to find out the problem. After finding the

problem assessed the value of the damage to be awarded if the route cause

was our fault. Returned all our parts to a supplier that dispose of our

parts according to government regulations. When I receive creidit part I

inspect them and put them into the computer system daily as they come in

to my department. Sending invoice to my credit department for them to

give credit or to send a check to the owner. Received new shipping parts

when the guys in the shipping department is not available.

Quality Inspector (4/2008 - 5/2011)

Ms Inspection, Montgomery, AL

Inspected auto parts for Hyundai Motors. Made sure the parts were the

correct size and color according to the blue print established by

Hyundai. As new containers arrive check the blue print to make sure that

was the correct part for that particular order. Shipped parts by sequence

according to Hyundai forecast. Made sure there parts were shipped in a

timely mannner. Sorting prouduct that arrive daily to make sure they were

the correct product for that pull ticket.

Quality Control (5/2008 - 3/2011)

Automation, Montgomery, AL

Checked incoming material to be assembled for the seat covers for the

Hyundai Motor of Alabama. Made sure that the fabric was the correct color

and texture. Made sure that each seat cover was the correct size in

diameter and the correct thread color.

Made sure that each shippment was sequence to the correct job order

number. When I finished inspecting the cover . When the seat cover was

assembled onto the frames I did a final inspection to make sure the

covers were assembled properly. Make sure there were no hangover fabric

or loose threads hanging any where.

Made sure that our trucks shipped our products in a timely manner.

Subassembler/Quality (11/2004 - 5/2008)

Johnson Control, Montgomery, AL

Building and inspecting parts according to the blue print that is

supplied by Hyundai Motors. After building ten parts out of each

container checked the blue print to make sure the parts are the correct

length and size according to the lay out. Making all of the interior

parts for the Santa and Sonota. The A-Pillar, the B-Pillar, Center

Pillar, the right and left hand Scuffs, the Base Console. Including the

windshield cowl that hold up the wind shield. Made sure the parts were in

the correct sequences according to Hyundai forecast for the day. Station

at Hyundai made sure the drivers arrived to the site in a timely manner.

We shipped just in time to our customers. I have been trained with the

automotive certification ISO 9000.

Quality Control (11/1994 - 6/2003)

S@C Beef Processor, Montgomery, AL

Pre Inspection carcass for their fat content and tested them to make sure

they were free of disease or and any bacteria that is harmful to human

being. Put them through the metal detector to make sure they were free of

any sluggs or any other foreign matter. Made sure that if any teammember

drop or mishandled any meat that they used the correct procedure before

they continue to cut the meat. Made sure that the shipping department

stored the meat at the correct temperature during storage and before

shipping to our customers. Made sure that our teammember continue to

follow all safety procedure at all time, because it is always first.
