Masterfully lead the site and the management team to produce goods that are
of the right quality and quantity under time constraints. Set and follow up
challenging long- and short term goals for the employees and the Site.
Develop, implement, work through and follow up local strategies and plans
including central plans, demands and strategies. Provide expert oversight
to budget spending, material efficiency, production effectiveness,

Assume full responsibility in organizational development of the 400
coworkers on site. Using lean thinking and continuous improvement

$95 million sales budget. Oversee the planning of the entire shipment of

contact. Supervise the warehouse stock balancing and customer demands

officer, supply chain planners, and transport planners to effectively plan

customer forecast in support to production planning of finish goods
